OK Hogan has been working in real-estate full time since 2004. Initially, as a land developer and traditional real estate sales, OK has transitioned in the last several years into Short Sales and bank owned real-estate sales and service.  In 2009, OK affiliated himself with Selective Homes Inc. which is the largest and most successful Short Sale and REO brokerage company in eastern North Carolina specializing in listing, selling and servicing distressed properties.  Selective Homes Inc. is fully staffed and has the exclusive experience necessary to support OK’s efforts to expand the Selective Homes Inc’s footprint into the coastal communities of eastern North Carolina.

 OK Hogan is a Certified Foreclosure Specialist and designated by the NC board of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
